He has growing experience in corporate and commercial law practice, cutting across oil and gas, Corporate Structuring and restructuring, Project finance, Marginal field joint operations, pipeline, and turnkey gas supply projects, Intellectual Property, pricing and policy regulation, Private Equity Transactions, negotiations, drafting/vetting of various types of Commercial Contracts and transactions.

Ken Omoyebagbe has advised in the setting up and organization of various Startups and sits on the board of several companies. He is the first director of Business Process Technologies Limited, a wholesale Startup technology company.
